The Shift
There's a huge difference between asking for help and inviting someone into something that matters.
"We need help" feels desperate. It feels like a job to fill.
But "I see something in you. I think you'd be amazing working with these kids"—that feels like you're chosen. That feels like you belong.
People stay when they feel seen.
One Thing This Week
Have one real conversation. Face-to-face. Tell someone specifically why you think they'd be good—not because you're desperate, but because you actually see their gifts. And when you do, watch what happens. People respond to being valued, not just needed.
Your team doesn't need perfection. It needs clarity. It needs people who know they matter. If you lead alone, stop. Give us a chance to serve you and have a conversation with you. The KMC Team is YOUR Team!
